OTC:QX $TRTC Gains 37%+ Last 2 Trading Days on Monster Nevada Sales

Terra Tech Corps had put a press release out the June 29th reminding its shareholder of sorts in regards to the stores opening in Nevada for adult usage on July 1st. Friday, the stock price saw minimal gains as it went from $0.1745 to $0.1877.

Monday was a different story as a Facebook message (listed as Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure) stimulated shareholder enthusiasm to the point of trading 19 million plus shares on a shortened trading day, closing at $0.2395 (+27.6% on the day).

Here is an exert:

As most of you know yesterday adult use cannabis became legal to sell in Nevada and team Terra Tech killed it! The sales surpassed any of our expectations. To put in perspective; in 2011 our company’s total revenue was about $500,000. Yesterday through our 4 retail facilities in Nevada and our continued strong performance in Oakland, we did about half what we did in all of 2011 in a single day!

It goes on to congratulate the amazing team at Blum Dispensaries and it’s strong back office.

For those in the investment world that thought “CANNABIS STOCKS” were dead, you may want to think again. With legalization in different states and expanded levels of legalization (re: medical, recreational, etc.), it creates new opportunities for companies and expansion for the established.
